Fantastic bed and super comfy, so much so I've ordered one for myself! Comes vacuum packed as most soft furnishings do end to these days when they're shipped from China so be prepared to have to work it to get it into a presentable and satisfactory shape. Not sure I understand the comments about it being lumpy but maybe some people expect 'straight from packaging' satisfaction. If you're that person then avoid, otherwise buy!
This feels so soft to the touch but the padding is unevenly distributed, where it is sewn into three individual sections. It wasn't clear why my dogs avoided laying on it, so I tried to lay on it myself. Sadly, it was lumpy and uncomfortable, so I thought of sending it back. However, it comes vac packed and there is no way I could have got it back in the box. So I perservered (left it on the floor as I wasn't sure what else to do with it) and after a few days, ta da! Seems that a bit of lumpiness is more comfy than the hard floor after all!
